We were assigned the project to establish a robust IT infrastructure for Avid Brio’s new office located in the same building. The scope included connecting all offices with attendance and access control systems, managing multiple internet connections, and ensuring secure remote access for employees working from home.

Solution Proposal
  • Attendance and Access Control: We recommended the use of ESSL machines for attendance tracking and access control to enhance security and monitor employee attendance effectively.
  • Network Connectivity: Established connections between offices on different floors using fiber optics to ensure high-speed and reliable communication.
  • Remote Access and Security: Implemented a Fortigate Firewall to ensure overall security and manage VPN access for employees working remotely.
  • Web Filtering: Set up category-wise website blocking to enforce company policies and ensure a focused work environment.
Execution
  • The project was executed successfully, with all systems implemented according to the client’s requirements and completed within the specified timeframe.
Outcome
  • The comprehensive IT infrastructure provided Avid Brio with enhanced security, seamless connectivity across their offices, and effective remote access solutions for employees. The setup allowed for efficient bandwidth management and adherence to company policies, ultimately improving overall operational efficiency.

Rigid Construction

CCTV Surveillance for Construction Site—Rigid Construction

Project Assignment

Rigid Construction, engaged in large-scale projects, required comprehensive surveillance for each of their construction sites. The objective was to enable their engineering team to monitor work progress from their cabins while also ensuring that cranes were equipped with PTZ (Pan-Tilt Zoom) cameras for real-time visibility.

Solution Proposal
  • Surveillance Coverage: Developed a hybrid solution incorporating both wired and wireless point-to-point access to provide extensive coverage of the construction site
  • Camera Installation: Installed PTZ cameras on cranes for dynamic monitoring and control, allowing engineers to focus on specific areas as needed.
  • Cost Efficiency: Designed the solution to be cost-effective while meeting the client’s requirements for quality and performance.
Execution
  • The project was implemented efficiently, ensuring all installations were completed to specification and within the agreed timeline.

  • The hybrid surveillance system successfully provided the required monitoring capabilities, allowing engineers to oversee operations remotely. The solution enhanced site security and operational efficiency, fulfilling all client expectations.

Power Backup for R&D Lab—Remus Pharmaceutical

Project Assignment

We received an assignment to provide a reliable power backup solution for a new R&D lab. Our task involved calculating the total power requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Solution Proposal
  • Equipment: We proposed the installation of a 40KVA UPS system.
  • Battery Setup: Supplied and installed 40 units of 65AMP batteries for optimal power storage.
  • Isolator Installation: Included an isolator to enhance safety and maintenance capabilities.
Execution
  • The project was successfully completed within the specified timeframe, ensuring the R&D lab was equipped with a robust power backup solution.
Outcome
  • The installation provided reliable power support, enabling the lab to operate without interruptions and meeting all client requirements.

 SCC Infrastructure

NAS Data Migration – SCC Infrastructure

Project Assignment

We were tasked with migrating approximately 10 TB of data from an old NAS to a new system, ensuring that all user permissions and folder security settings for 85 users remained intact. The challenge was to complete this migration without any downtime, allowing users to continue their work seamlessly during the process. Successful completion of this project would lead to further assignments from the client.

Solution Proposal
  • Equipment: We proposed the use of a QNAP NAS with 64TB of storage, enhanced with additional SSDs for caching to improve speed and performance.
  • RAID Configuration: Implemented RAID for data redundancy and reliability.
  • Migration Tool: Utilized Rsync for efficient and secure data transfer, ensuring data integrity throughout the migration process.
Execution
  • The data migration was completed successfully within 24 hours.
  • Users experienced no disruptions and continued to work without noticing any changes to the backend infrastructure.
  • All user accounts for the 85 users were recreated on the new NAS, preserving their access rights and security settings.
Outcome
  • The project was executed seamlessly, meeting all requirements and resulting in a successful transition to the new NAS without any downtime. The client was impressed with our performance and is now considering assigning additional projects to us.

  • Four floors, each accommodating 150 nodes.
  • All floors are interconnected using fiber optics for enhanced backbone performance.

Server Setup
  • Active Directory server provisioned for centralized authentication and resource management.
